What's the Job all about?

Mainly in Burlington showroom. Hours Monday to Friday 10-5pm and Saturday By appointment. Some client meetings in the evenings

Job Description:

The candidate will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of sales operations and client relations to providing support to the project managers and interior designer. The candidate will assist with various projects that will help generate sales and provide exceptional customer service to all customers consistent.

Bosky Inc is looking for a Kitchen and Bath designer/ Sales Associate to join our team. We are opening a showroom and it's an exciting time in the growth of our company. We are looking for someone with a bright friendly personality that has the technical skills required as well as a sales background that can work in our showroom and visit project sites.

Responsibilities:

·Design kitchens and bathrooms
· Responsible for client relations, coordinating schedules, appointments, estimate bookings and trades liaison.
·Work in showroom to assist clients in choosing materials and layouts for their projects
·Assist in setting up and maintaining showroom

· Assist with customer presentations for customers who are interested in seeing how the products would look in their own space
· Interior design renderings and any supporting visuals for client presentations done on 2020 Design
· Producing presentation boards containing renderings, material samples, colour charts, etc
· Maintain social media platforms
· Assist in building and maintaining current relationships with Trade contacts in the local area.
· Assist the team with building strong working relationships with customers, fellow associates and corporate contacts.
· Attend client meetings and visit project site
· Ensuring high quality and professional output from the design department
· Expand the customer's connection to the brand by increasing email sign-up

·Visit project sites to check quality and work progress

·Visit suppliers and vendor for samples and materials

Job Type / Category

-Kitchen and Bath/ Renovation industry. Employee would work in a showroom environment as well as will be on site visits at client homes and visiting vendors.

- Shift Hours would range from 2-4 shifts a week ranging from 4-8 hour shifts. Monday to Saturday -Will lead to more full time hours in July

- Employee is required to have a vehicle to access job sites on a regular basis

- Someone with a flexible schedule is preferred that can adapt to a changing weekly schedule

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Skills and Qualifications required:

Required Skills:

· 3D design experience (2020 Design)

· CAD, Revit, BONUS: Sketch Up skills

· Adobe creative suite program knowledge - InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop

· Sales experience

·Able to travel to job sites (vehicle usually needed)

· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Detail and process oriented – always willing to “go the extra mile”
· Posses outstanding problem-solving skills; follow through skills and is resourceful and creative.
· Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written; conveys information in a clear and concise manner; asks appropriate probing questions.

Over the years we have developed into full home renovations including; painting, tile work, bathroom remolding, kitchen remodeling, basement renovations, commercial projects, restaurants and banquet halls. We work with a team of professional installers, accurate estimators and informative designers. We service Burlington and surrounding areas. We are moving into a larger showroom in Burlington and are looking to add to our team.
