Job Summary
This position assists customers who come to centers to collect or send packages. This position handles packages. This positoin performs other tasks as requested.
Responsibilities:
Learns UPS shipment rates and features of service.
Traces packages and follows claim procedures.
Follows billing and collection procedures.
Processes pick up orders.
Communicates internally with operating centres and other departments.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Bilingual French and English
- Basic Computer skills
- Communication skills
- Microsoft Office skills
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Salary:
$17.80/h ($16.65 Base + $1.15 Hourly bonus)
