KB Construction Inc is a general renovation & custom home building company located in Burlington ON.

We specialize in Kitchens, Bathrooms, Basements, Additions & Custom Homes, with a current staff of 8 crew members. We have a workshop/paint booth to build custom kitchens, millwork & custom design for our projects.

We are looking for highly motivated, independent & skilled carpenters/team leaders with 10+ years of experience.

Must have to qualify:

- Complete knowledge & understanding of the construction & components of home building

- Reading & understanding drawings, plans & written scopes of work

- Proficient rough, finishing & renovation carpentry skills & ability

- Class G drivers license with good standing record & ability to operate with a trailer

- Proficient communication, email/typing skills, Microsoft word

- Attention to detail & persistence of the utmost quality of workmanship

Responsibilities & Tasks:

-Working on site & in shop overseeing the day-to-day operation of the project, crew members & sub trades (electrician, plumbers, HVAC, tilers, etc)

- Working with our designers, project managers, clients & team members to see the project through start to finish & maintain timelines & quality control

- Operating tools & equipment on site, completing carpentry & renovation tasks (millwork & cabinetry installation, framing, drywall, flooring, tile, custom shower build/prep, forming/pouring concrete, etc.)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to $35.00 per hour
