The Kimberley Brewing Company is currently a talented cook to assist with the creation and implementation of our Brewery Tap Room Menu. We have built a great restaurant, our customers have responded to what we've done, it's now time to take that next step and we are looking for that unique and talented individual to take it with.
If you have the ability to lead a kitchen, build and inspire a team, infuse a restaurant with your creativity and passion, this position is what you've been looking for. 100% support from ownership, we are looking for a talented individual to guide our next phase of growth.
This person will bring their ideas to the table in a consistently open dialog and will find support and resources to bring those ideas into reality.
Opportunity includes:
Building a lunch and breakfast program
Catering opportunities available
Developing a food program around a new Craft Brewery
Experience with the following required:
Food ordering / Inventory
Menu Development and Costing
Training and mentoring staff
Pairing food with cocktails, beer and wine
Kitchen Safety and strong understanding of the importance of running an organized kitchen
