We're looking for amazing people with enthusiastic, engaging personalities who possess impeccable ethics and professional etiquette skills to join our Lead generation team.

You will work directly with our sales team and participate in weekly business development meetings.

Shifts are 8am-5pm PST Monday to Friday. This is a full time, salaried position plus compensation for demos attended. *Example commission is based on scheduling 8 meetings per month (expected minimum), 15% close rate (our standard today is 17%), and average $2600mrr deal size.

At least two years of outbound is preferred, help desk, or customer service experience. A combination of inbound and outbound would be considered, with the right attitude.

This position involves generating leads, no selling & no sales quotas - Just conversations!

REQUIREMENTS

• Fluent, clear spoken English
• Excellent written English (to create clear, concise, client-facing communications)
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
• At least two years of outbound telemarketing, help desk or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Linkedin an asset
• Ability to work well, both independently and as part of a team.
• A solid understanding of the technology sector. Post-secondary degree in a communications, marketing and/or technology-related field preferred, but not essential.
• Strong work ethic and enjoyment of challenges.
• Strong Organization skills
• Team leadership focused
• Service oriented
• Ability to work under pressure
• Goal-oriented with a desire to learn.
• Basic computer skills
• Must be familiar with Technology
• Previous Managed Service Provider experience a plus
