Your ‘day to day
As Retention and Loyalty Lead you will be responsible for building and designing retention strategy for users of the company products in order to deliver omni-channel experience with growing retail presence and advocacy. You will be managing cross-functional projects across the company to ensure post purchase consumer activation is consistent across channel and drives loyalty.

Your ‘day to day
As Retention and Loyalty Lead you will be responsible for building and designing retention strategy for users of the company products in order to deliver omni-channel experience with growing retail presence and advocacy. You will be managing cross-functional projects across the company to ensure post purchase consumer activation is consistent across channel and drives loyalty.
You will be accountable for:
- Building multi-platform segmented conversion journeys and supporting the deployment of end-to-end post purchase consumer journey strategy. You will be in charge of adapting, enhancing and deploying conversion programs, monitoring the impact of programs on adoption rates and programing consumer feedback to ensure the mechanism reaches the objectives
- Designing consumer experiences to address the needs of different consumer segments and to enable consumer value management. You will be taking care of developing segments and consumer lifetime value to build personalized consumer journeys across different milestones, identifying gaps in the post purchase engagement, building sales offers that will address consumer needs & preferences
- Providing timely and meaningful KPI review, performance measurement summary and subsequent recommendations. You will be responsible for translating the consumer insights into corrective actions to improve the experience in the specific journey phase addressing specific gaps and opportunities, managing assigned programs to ensure the channel execution yields expected results
- Improving product care services as a part of retention strategy by designing and deploying simple and consumer friendly digital solutions. Collaborating with product teams to build and launch replacement strategy, working with NSS team to understand consumer feedback on the product care programs, using the learnings to ensure consumer satisfaction.
YOU ARE THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THIS JOB IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or similar
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Problem solving skills and ability to adapt and respond quickly to a fast-changing environment
- Ability to take calculated risks and work effectively within and across diverse teams.
