As a Sous Chef at Waupoos Estates, you will be responsible for ensuring dishes are created to menu specifications, completing all prep work in a timely manner, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and equipment upkeep. We prioritize the well-being, safety, and development of all our team members, and you will be expected to maintain a professional and positive attitude during high-pressure situations. He is a founding member of The Group of 7 Chefs Ltd. and has even been invited to cook at The James Beard House in New York multiple times.
Chef Kevin believes in the power of fresh Canadian cuisine, and he has dedicated his career to supporting local producers and creating menus that showcase their best work. As his Sous Chef, you will have the opportunity to learn from his extensive experience and work alongside him to create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.
