We are seeking multiple Machine Operators to join our growing Gravenhurst Team!

The role:

• This is a permanent, full-time position
• No experience required - we will train if you are willing to learn!
• Continental shift (rotate day/night every 2 weeks, 8 am - 8 pm/8 pm - 8 am)
• Work only 7 days out of 14 days! Every other weekend is a LONG weekend!
• In your role, you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):
• Take end product, ensuring it meets requirements and guiding it onto the spool (reeler)
• Quality assurance
• Ensure wraps are neat, cut conduit, tie off and cap (if required)
• Maintain a safe and tidy work environment
• Follow safety requirements
• Complete required paperwork

Requirements for this role:

• Grade 12 education or 1 year extrusion experience preferred
• Ability to stand 12 hours a shift
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Excellent punctuality and attendance
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to measure and basic math skills
• Daily access to reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and a team player
• Good English communication skills
• Comply with company policies, and health & safety regulations
