Reporting to the Director, Quality Management Services, you will be responsible to plan, direct and coordinate all curriculum related to training needs within the division as well as developing best in class coaching methodology for the operation of learning, development, and coaching to achieve identified results within the context of the divisional operational plan and WorkSafeNB's strategic plan. You will improve productivity, performance, and efficiency, while ensuring quality control. You will also effectively develop a high performing team that delivers superior job specific on-boarding training, job specific workshops and technical coaching support to our frontline operations. Your key areas of responsibility will include: • People leadership. • Continuous improvement. • Operational performance of business unit. • Financial management. You, as a successful candidate, possess: • University Degree in a relevant discipline. • Three to five years' experience leading teams or supervisory experience. • Experience working with individuals and teams to improve personal and operational performance. • Knowledge of training methods and curriculum development. • Knowledge of coaching practices and methods. • Understanding and proficiency in financial management and budgeting accountability. • Strong communication and change leadership skills. • Departmental technical knowledge/experience preferred. • Intermediate level quality management knowledge.
