About This Role
The ICM Systems Manager will be responsible for day to day maintenance and support of Xactly compensation system and quota management model in Anaplan. Key focus will be on Plan configuration, rule development and building Analytics reports. A highly organized, experienced and detail oriented individual with ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while meeting strict goals and deadlines will be key to being successful in this role.
Job Description
- Manage business requirements of new compensation plan changes and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Configure new plans, rules, rate tables and other custom objects as required within Xactly Incent
- Effectively troubleshoot day to day production issues that may arise to support monthly and quarterly commission close cycles
- Provide administrative support in areas of user setup, employee reference data (people, position, hierarchies, named relationships) and plan routing workflows
- Build Analytics reports to support incentive compensation related metrics and perform monthly and quarterly internal control change management tasks.
- Drive process improvement and document process changes
- Assist internal and external auditors in testing incentive compensation processes
- Design and own the build of future models within Anaplan based agreed-upon incentive comp road map
- Manage the ongoing administration of Anaplan, including user roles and permissions, architecture of lists, modules, and dashboards, data flow and integrations.
Required Experience/Skills
- Must have 5+ years of hands-on Xactly Administrator experience in Incent and Analytics, 3+ years of experience in configuring new Plans, developing rules and formulas in Xactly Incent
- Experience developing in Xactly Connect is a huge plus
- Demonstrate the ability to solve complex problems related to sales compensation
- Ability to handle multiple projects and responsibilities with competing priorities
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and people skills
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
