Overview

We are looking for an idea and solution oriented individual with a creative eye and strong attention to detail to create a range digital endeavors within the brand. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and ownership team, you will be responsible for the management and execution of social media content, while maintaining the brands that are The Factory and The Clubhouse. The ideal candidate will develop innovative and creative content that can be transmitted to various social media channels and web as well as actively contribute and collaborate with the marketing team during idea and brainstorming sessions.

The ideal candidate is:

• A post secondary graduate in Marketing or similar program.
• Proficient and experienced with various platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter.
• Able to efficiently execute quality projects from conception to final product.
• Able to comprehend and interpret instructions and correspondence with the confidence to ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding.
• An organized multitasker who is able to work ahead on the content calendar items while simultaneously prioritizing day-to-day tasks.
• Able to work with tight deadlines and rise to creative challenges.
• Able to work a flexible schedule revolving around the events that are hosted at our venues. This involves most weekends and holidays.
• Highly collaborative with the eagerness to be a team player, immersing themselves in all marketing events.
• 1-3 years of experience and possesses a strong portfolio that showcases their work.
• Committed to continuous learning and improvement.
• Knowledge of WordPress and content management systems are a plus.
