Marketing and Social Media Manager/Remote Job at Chateau Mountain Sports
Role Responsibilities :
- Collaborating with the Marketing team to create strategies and campaigns across all social platforms.
- Assist with growing, developing and executing an organic social media strategy
- Working with our Advertising agency to develop, execute and review our content strategy to ensure performance
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all content
- Assist in event and shoot preparation as well as content creation for creative assists, campaign activations and reactive social content.
- Analyse and report on social media/digital marketing metrics and adjust the content strategy as needed to improve engagement, reach, followers, traffic & conversions.

- Ability to identify & jump on social media trends
- Passion for all things social and staying current with social media trends and best practices
- Able to produce quality work with the ability to multi-task, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with people at all levels in an organisation
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Excellent writing and language skills
- Well-presented, organised and punctual
- Positive & creative attitude
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Salary: $18.00-$29.72 per hour
