HAPPY CLUB INC. O/A HAPPY MOTEL is looking for the position of MARKETING MANAGER for their location at 33 17 Street Edmundston, NB E3V 2L4.
Job Title: MARKETING MANAGER
Nature of Employment: Permanent Full Time Position
Salary: $ 50.35 CAD per hour for 37.5 hours/week. Overtime pay at 1.5 times regular rate of pay after 44 hours. May be required to work some weekends
Job duties:
· Plan, direct and establish network for the distribution of services associated with the functioning of the motel.
· Establish pricing strategy that maximizes profits and market share of the motel with major focus on customer satisfaction
· Evaluate and maintaining a marketing strategies of establishment
· Initiate marketing research to determine the demand of the services associated with accommodation and food served in the motel as well as analyze the market trends
· Organize and compile marketing Campaigns or Events illustrating offers, discounts and other promotions being offered in the motel as required.
· Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team.
· Looking after the budget of marketing department and making sure the budget spend is delivering a return on investment.
