Currently, we have an opening for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Mississauga. The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. You will also be responsible for the effective management of the marketing, advertising, and promotional activities of the company.

What you will be doing

• Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the growth and expansion of company products and services
• Develops strategies and manages marketing programs that drive demand for our products and services.
• Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying client requirements, defining market, competitor’s share, and competitor’s strengths and weaknesses
• Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits, exploring specific needs, and anticipating new opportunities
• Plans the launching of new products and releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the plan
• Create marketing presentations and prepares marketing activities report

What you will bring along

• At least one 10 years of prior job experience in an administrative function
• Post-secondary study in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent program
• Computer literacy
• Highly developed writing skills
• Ability to influence/persuade
• Ability to assess priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Ability to meet challenging deadlines
• Detail oriented
• High level of professionalism
• High degree of organizational skills
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• High level of initiative
