Shift Time for Assembler:
· Monday to Friday
· 8:00am to 4:30pm
Responsibilities for Assembler:
· Assemble units described on a work order ensuring property quality within deadlines.
· Working hands on with motors, gear boxes, speed inverters etc.
· Checks visually the match between work orders and parts
· Area maintenance
· Cleaning gears housing with a compressed air gun
· Participating in crossing training as required and ability to relocate to other work locations in the warehouse
· Use of a hand crane to lift the heavier products
· Diagnosing and repairing a variety of mechanical problems.
Requirements for Assembler:
· Must be comfortable lifting between 10lbs and 30lbs
· Crucial to have attention to detail
· Must have worked in a similar environment
· Must be able to train/receive company education out of country if need be
· Must be comfortable using a ladder
· Must have CSA approved Safety Shoes/Boots
Pay Rate for Assembler:
· $20.00-$22.00 per hour, depending on experience
