Duties include:
· Prepare, organize, and schedule patient appointments.
· Answers telephone calls and inquiries from patients and other health care providers.
· Manage incoming and outgoing paper flow.
· Greet patients coming into the office and provide information in person and by phone
· Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine and EMR messaging
· Process incoming and outgoing mail, manually or electronically; following up to ensure receipt
· Performs other clerical duties as necessary.
Previous medical office experience is an asset.
