Founded in 2006,* Fortified Nutrition Limited* manufactures and sells high quality, leading edge vitamin and mineral premixes and supplements for swine, dairy, beef and poultry producers and supports producers with a sales team across Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Montana. Fortified Nutrition is under the GVF Group of Companies umbrella and operates in close affiliation with Grand Valley Fortifiers who is a progressive and innovative leader in animal livestock nutrition.

We’re looking to add a Mill Operator to our Fortified Nutrition team in Morden Manitoba. In this role you will be responsible for mixing and packaging bulk and bagged premixes, as well as assisting with warehouse organization of bulk and bagged premixes. What you’ll do: *

• Manufacture feed, including mixing feed, preparing hand-add ingredients, completing daily production reports and bagging products
• Assist with ingredient inventory control and inventory counts
• Help with shipping and receiving bulk and bag products and ingredients
• Make sure all the proper documentation is correct and intact
• Assist with building and plant equipment maintenance
• Practice good housekeeping including picking up garbage in the plant and warehouse, sweeping, cleaning, etc.
• Interact with customers, salespeople, delivery people and other staff on site

Experience we like:

• Physical strength, manual dexterity, and precise hand/eye coordination with the ability to continuously lift and move 50 lbs
• Dependable, hard worker with good time management skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work as a part of the team

Working with us:

This is a permanent full-time position based out of our production facility 30091 Hwy 3, Morden Manitoba. In this role you will work both days and afternoons on a 2 week rotation. Regular working hours are Monday to Friday from 6:00am to 3:00pm on days and 3:00pm to 11:00pm on afternoons.

Starting wage is between $20-23/hour and you will also receive benefits, vacation and RRSP matching upon starting.
