Millwright FIFO Job at Integrated Staffing Limited
We are currently accepting resumes from Millwrights for an immediate Fly-in/Fly-out (rotational) opportunity in Alberta!
THE ROLE
Work on wind turbine site located approx 170kms East of Edmonton. Work will be assisting with installation of 4.2 mega watt windmills on new green farm and includes finalizing placement and installation of drivetrain in windmill; final alignments, via laser and commissioning are also being done with Millwrights
Red Seal is not required, but experience is necessary
Working at extreme heights
Start date: immediate (anticipated Christmas break on Dec 21)
Duration: 3-4 months
Rotation: 20 days on, 10 off
Pay Rate: $50/hr (Journeyperson)
10-hr shifts; OT payable after 8 hrs (per day)
Per diem/LOA provided at $45/day
Flights covered; shuttle provided between site and Edmonton airport
Paid travel time
Accommodations provided on-site
REQUIREMENTS
Inter-Provincial Journeyman’s Millwright/Mechanic Certificate or Diploma
Red seal is not required; will consider Apprentice Millwrights depending on experience
Previous experience working at (extreme) heights
Must pass Drug Screen
Fall Protection & Confined Space Entry valid certs required
PPE will be provided, however personnel are to bring own steel-toed work boots
