Office Administrator
JOB DESCRIPTION
Ribbon Electric Ltd is currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator.
The Office Administrator position for Ribbon Electric is an integral component of the overall company operations. This role requires assisting department-specific staff members with various administrative tasks as a part of our day-to-day operations. This role also includes assisting the General Manager with projects and correspondence as required.
The following is a summary of primary job responsibilities and of the successful candidate:
- Work order creation and management
- Timesheet/Payroll related functions
- Customer invoicing activities
- Research of department-specific tasks
- Customer follow-up via email or phone
- Cross-reference billing statements
- Assisting with daily field scheduling
- Customer quoting & material procurement
- Organize departmental events

Additionally, we are looking for candidates with the following experience or characteristics:
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in an administrative role (preferred)

- Experience working in a fast-moving office environment
- Basic accounting or payroll experience is an asset
- Willingness to ask questions
- Positive attitude
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
Job Type: This is a full-time permanent position, 40hours per week.

Salary: $20-$24/hr
