Online Chat Representative Job at MPDirect, Inc.
Responsibilities:
- Answering online chats and phone calls from consumers
- Sharing a positive attitude and willingness to engage with the consumer
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, issues, and taking initiative to find solutions
- Manage customer accounts, recording details of all actions taken
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer issues are processed as instructed by customer, and as cost efficient as possible for the company
- Ability to embody Grit, Integrity, Positive Attitude, Teamwork w/out Ego, Initiative, and Follow Through on a day to day basis
Requirements:
- Entry-level; high school diploma or equivalent
- An aptitude for acquiring skills in technical support
- Excellent communication and prioritization skills, an ability to make decisions quickly; ability to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to use multi-line phone system to speak with and listen to people on both inbound and outbound calls with the use of a headset
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$28.00 per hour
