Job Description


The Operations Support and Office Administrator performs some or all the following duties:

  • Dispatch technicians based on task priority (CMMS assisted),
  • Coordinate materials and equipment ordering/pick up for field technicians,
  • Report on and monitor subcontractor works and progress,
  • Provide real time updates to clients on ongoing and scheduled work, schedule planned work with clients,
  • Create and manage reports on client assets and ongoing maintenance programs,
  • Provide reactive and proactive customer service to our various clients,
  • Track internal and external KPI’s and SLA’s, generate reports for Managers
  • Update CMMS logic as required to increase efficiency of system driven dispatch,
  • Catalogue and track field technician licenses, training, expiry dates, etc.

Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education from an accredited university or college is preferred,
  • Understanding of trades operations and office management,
  • Working knowledge of trades/construction CMMS Systems,
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Based Applications, and
  • Progressive work history and responsibility.
  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written (email, reporting),
  • Organized and able to manage competing priorities, high volume work load, and ad hoc tasks,
  • Able to work under various time constraints,
  • High attention to detail,
  • Ability to work independently and within a multi-faceted team,
  • Self-starter motivated to grow and adapt to changing work requirements,
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment; and
  • High level of integrity and work ethic.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in French an asset
