Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Use the Park'N Fly system to check customers in and out in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure the paperwork that supports all cash and credit card transactions is complete.
- Promote any “added value” services offered by Park’N Fly
- Respond to customer concerns in a professional manner and refer unresolved issues to a manager.
- Maintain a clean and tidy work station.
- Assist with other duties as required.
You Provide
- Previous customer service experience
- Superior communication skills
- Strong attention to detail skills
- Ability to manage priorities and effective Time management skills
- Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends.
