The Pardon & Waiver Officer (PWO) is a dynamic, patient & confident remote-based representative of Pardon Applications of Canada who builds phone-based relationships by fulfilling scheduled appointments for both new & existing clients. New clients are the most excited as they dream about the prospect of having a second chance at their criminal record, or being able to legally visit the United States, whereas existing clients typically seek an update on their file or general support. Each phone call is resolved using a unique array of cloud-based tools that give you the same access to a file as if you were in the office. Responsibilities
· Responding to phone appointments scheduled by prospective new clients seeking a Pardon and/or Waiver;
· Fulfilling a structured phone call identifying the Needs, Fears, Qualification and Logistics of each caller;
· Serving the caller and PAC equally, with honesty, transparency & knowledge;
· Responding to phone appointments scheduled by existing clients;
· Fulfilling a structured phone call identifying its specific purpose & resolving the caller’s inquiry;
· Monitoring and resolving the company’s existing client support inbox;
· Assisting the company’s Management & Senior Management, as required;
· Upholding the highest standards of professionalism and quality of communication in every call;

Employment Specifics
· Full-time employment, 4-days per week (includes 1 required Saturday/month);
· 1 optional additional day per week (to top up to 5-days if desired);
· Weekly pay via direct deposit, bonus pay issued monthly (after 100 completed calls);
· Health and welfare benefits after one (1) year tenure;
· Development & advancement opportunities in both leadership & training after 1000 completed calls.
Home Office Requirements & Work Environment
· Double monitor desktop computer with microphone headset, strong & reliable internet, webcam (you'll have several weeks & leasing is available if necessary);
· Dedicated, quiet & non-disruptive home environment work-space.
Compensation
· Pay is a combination of hourly wages & bonus pay (not a commission sales job);
· First 100 completed calls are hourly minimum wage;
· +$1.00 hourly wage increase after 100 completed calls, then +$0.50 hourly wage increase after each subsequent 250 completed calls up to a maximum of $20.00 hourly;
· Bonus Result Based Pay (BRBP) adds up to $500.00 weekly;
· With commitment, expected gross pay in year 1 (assumes 37.5h weekly & 1000 calls) is $50,000+
· With commitment, expected gross pay in year 2 (assumes 37.5h weekly & 1000 calls) is $65,000+
· With commitment, expected gross pay in year 3 (assumes 37.5h weekly & 1000 calls) is $80,000+
Training
· 5-hours training daily (2-hour Zoom + 3-hour training assignments) starts February 22, 2023 @ 1:00 p.m. Eastern;
· Increases to 8-hour schedule (6-hours phone + 2-hours email/online work) on March 15, 2023.

Who We’re Seeking
You are a candidate for this position if you meet ALL these criteria:
- GED or equivalent in experience, required, with University Degree or College Diploma an asset;
- Similar prior experience, in an office setting is an asset;
- A multi-tasker who is accuracy and detail oriented, and a quick learner;
- Works well autonomously or within a team setting;
- Strong written and verbal English language skills;
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and online Google, and Box;
- Strong typing and organizational skills;
