PART TIME Receptionist Job at Peace of Mind Massage Therapy Centre
We're looking for someone who has impressive customer service experience working in a spa, medical or retail environment.
Responsibilities:
-Your main role is to ensure our Centre operates efficiency and effectively; and that all our customers leave with Peace of Mind.
-Greet
-Answer phone calls / email inquires and respond with information as needed
-Schedule appointments for clients and staff
-Schedule appointments for clients and staff
-Administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
-Proficent with MS Word and Excel
-Effective communications skills both written and verbal
-Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure while ensuring consistent and excellent client care
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10-15 per week
Salary: $15.00 per hour
