We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative with experience working with recreational brands, such as Polaris &Arctic Cat. Thisposition is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service, while supplying customers with parts products and dealer services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to the parts counter, service counter, phone-in and online customers.
• Provide parts look up expertise and recommends sales of additional related or needed parts and/or accessories.
• Timely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; including retrieval of stocked items and proper documenting of parts requiring order. Accurately completes orders by communicating with customers on parts delivery status and customer pick up instructions.
• Maintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments including verifying accuracy of packing slips against shipped product. Will actively assist with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to Supervisor/ Manager.
• Routinely calls customers to ensure timely pick up of product.
• Assists with preparing and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displays.
• Assists in keeping parts department clean and orderly.
• Helps maintain and fulfill parts sales through

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with Power Sports Parts & Accessories.
• Experience connecting with customers, maintains a professional image, establishing a good rapport.
• Demonstrated basic understanding of the selling processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a degree of independence.
• Experience using standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and use of internet applications.
