Job Requirements:
Minimum Level 1 License (Level 2 would be an asset)
1-2 years experience in insurance industry
Customer service and sales experience
Home insurance and personal lines experience
Ability to work in a team environment
Expectations:
Answering the phone and dealing with walk-in clients
Home, Condo, Rental, Tenants, Seasonal insurance sales and renewals
ICBC transactions
Private auto transactions (Including Optiom sales)
Travel Insurance
Cross selling and ability to determine customer’s insurance needs
