Compensation & Benefits Information

• Rate of pay ranges from: $22.10 to $23.43, as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement
• Eligibility to enroll in the HEALTHCARE OF ONTARIO PENSION PLAN (HOOPP). Click on the link provided for more information - https://hoopp.com/
• Percent in lieu and vacation percent pay up to 18%, as per the SEIU-Service Collective Agreement

Requirements:

• Must be a graduate of a recognized Personal Support Worker program or preference will be given to those who have completed the first year of the BScN Nursing program or the Practical Nursing program
• Certificate in Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Bilingualism is an asset.
• A working knowledge of computers is required.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours at times, to meet the needs of our patients, families, staff and volunteers.
