Position: Mill/Grain Production Helper
Job Duties: Receive grains as per best practises of Purely Canada Foods, operate conveyors and drags in order to transfer product to bins for storage prior to processing, quality assurance, assisting with inventory documentation, responsible for loading of processed product into appropriate packaging for export as instructed and transport through facility as required, prepare shipping documentation and maintain product sample integrity, general cleanliness of all work and production areas.
Terms of position: Permanent Full-Time
Wage: $18.50-20.00 per hour, overtime $27.75-$30.00 per hour.
Benefits: Extended Medical, Dental and Vision care package, including long term disability, travel coverage for out of country travel, and life insurance.
Vacation: 3 weeks per year.
Skills/Work Experience Needed: Minimum education requires is a grade 12 diploma or equivalent. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in farming and farm operations. Must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, have attention to detail. This is a physically demanding job.
