PRODUCTION LABOURER DUTIES:
Piling and sorting lumber ∙ Manual lifting of materials from approximately 5 pounds to 115 pounds ∙ Feeding and tailing moulders, presses and saws ∙ Applying putty to wood products ∙ General clean up duties

SHIFT TIMES:

• Day shift: 5am – 3:30pm
• Afternoon shift: 3:30pm – 2:00am

RATE OF PAY:
Starting hourly rate of $21.00/hr PLUS scheduled wage increases:

• 46 to 120 shifts worked - $21.53
• 121 to 240 shifts worked - $22.05
• 241 to 360 shifts worked - $23.55
• 361+ shifts worked - $25.12
• * $1.50 shift premium at all levels when working afternoons

ADDITIONAL INCENTIVES:

• Attendance Bonus - $150.00/month + $150.00/quarter (if all 3 months’ bonus are earned). Total of $2,400.00/year available bonus.
• Referral Bonus - $250.00/referral
• Medical/Dental/Vision/Extended Health Plan/LTD – eligible after 45 shifts, 75% paid by Woodtone. After 1 year of service, Woodtone will pay 90%.

Finger Joint Operator - $33.94/hr

Adhesive Systems Maintenance - $33.94/hr

Lead Hand – 28.51/hr +

Moulder Technician - $33.94/hr

Grinder Technician - $33.94/hr
