FG Deli Group Ltd. located in Langley BC, is the progressive leader in the manufacturing of premium, Quality, European meat products.

We are currently recruiting for a Production Employee to work in our Spiceroom. This is an excellent opportunity for a detailed, process-oriented person who is eager to take initiative in a challenging fast paced environment.

This position would e reporting to the Production Supervisor, and would be responsible for supporting production process relating to spiced products in an accurate and timely manner, while meeting quality and customer requirements.

Pay - Starting Rate $20.88, experienced rate after 3120hrs worked $22.38/hr

Shift – Monday to Friday, 5:15 am to 1:45 pm

Primary Responsibilities:

• Weigh and measure spice room ingredients accurately and efficiently
• Provide correct batches of spice/ ingredients for production runs
• Ensure quality standards and specifications are met prior to measuring and remove product not meeting quality standards
• Ensure correct ingredients/ spices are ready and available for processing
• Moving spice batches on to buggies and racks

Skills Required:

• Ability to calculate weight and measure units accurately
• Able to perform physical tasks that require frequent lifting up to 50lbs bending and twisting
• High attention to detail
• Able to communicate and maintain relationships with coworkers
• Able to speak and write English
