We are looking for an experienced purchasing officer to work at our store to ensure the procurement process going smoothly and this person will handle all purchasing activity.

job Duties are below,

1. Conduct overall store’s purchasing activities and ensure store’s inventory at a standardized level and ensure a high product turnover.

2. Consult with supplier when needed.

3. Determine and negotiate purchase contract, review quotation with existing suppliers, ensuring the delivery

4. Determine and negotiate purchase contract, review quotation with existing suppliers, ensuring the delivery

5. Find new suppliers, organize the evaluation of suppliers and gather information including pricing and quantity.

6. Place order and purchase items including gas, diesel, liquors, drinks, dairy, snacks, etc.

7. Set up delivery schedule and arrange staff to stock

8. Check the delivery amount and quality with the request, report and coordinate problems with suppliers

9. Arrange and transfer inventory between stores based on requested amounts if needed.

7. Review the annual procurement plan, make overall plans and determine the procurement content.

6. Supervise and participate in daily business’s purchasing negotiations.

7. Review commodity purchase contracts and sales promotion agreements.

8. Ensure the completion of indicators such as supplier costs.

9. Complete the company's procurement tasks of various commodity as planned, and minimize expenditures within the budget

Compensation:

$20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, full time, permanent.

Vacation pay 4%

Requirement:

- At least one-year relevant work experience at purchasing

- At least secondary school diploma

- High efficiency, be able to work under pressure

- Willing to work in a team
