Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Quality Assurance Manager one of our Federal Government clients in the National Capital Region.

The following responsibilities are associated with the “Statement Of Work” but are not limited to:

The contractor provides advisory services and guidance in the development of a quality management framework that fits the needs of the TFWP employer compliance regime’s operational environments, more specifically as it relates to its:

• Review and assess quality measures in place and recommend additional changes if necessary

• Governance

• Processes and systems

• Leadership and supervision

• Communications

• Measurements/ Indicators

• Feedback and improvements

Tasks


To achieve the stated objectives, the contractor must:

• Provide support for the development of a quality management framework

• Identify the elements of a quality management framework necessary for the TFWP compliance regime

• Guide the development of the components of the quality management framework

• Validate through testing the applicability of the quality management framework to the TFWP compliance regime

• Provide a validated quality management framework and support the project authority during project update meetings with senior management; verbally and or in writing
