Job purpose
The Receiving Analyst is responsible for managing the Receiving process at Sunrise Records.
The Receiving Analyst is responsible for:
- Monitoring and reporting on daily shipment discrepancies;
- Investigating receiving issues and communicating with stores to resolve issues;
- General administrative duties; and
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must have:
- 1 to 3 years of prior working experience in an administrative role within an office environment is required;
- Strong knowledge of PC-based applications (ie. Microsoft Office)
- Must possess excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a high attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in French, an asset, but not required
