Receptionist for Bolton, On. Manufacturing Office Job at Multicyl Inc.
The ideal candidates will be responsible for all aspects of a small office including answering phones and routing calls, handling AP and AR, order entry, preparing shipping documents, issuing purchase orders, some customer service related duties, and other general office work. Sales / Marketing experience, competency with Spire business software as well as Microsoft Office products is an asset. Hours are 8:30-5:00 Monday to Friday for full time, and both 8:30-1:00 and 12:30-5:00 are available part time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
