Our client, an important organization in the medical field, is looking to hire a Receptionist/Office Clerk for their downtown Montreal office.
Advantages
- 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. (set hours);
- 3 weeks of vacation;

- Salary range between $40k/year and $45k/year (depending on experience);
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all front desk responsibilities and tasks;
- Greet and assist customers;
- Sort and distribute incoming mail;
- Enter data;
- Editing various documents as needed (letters, emails, etc.)
- Any other office task assigned;
Qualifications
- Customer service oriented;
- Strong communication skills / Diplomacy;
- Punctual and responsible;
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize to meet deadlines;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Able to work on several tasks at the same time in a fast-paced environment;
- Sense of initiative;
- Attention to detail;
- Flexibility;
- Bilingual (French and English spoken);
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Techno friendly;
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience related to the position and/or tasks;
