As a Sales Advisor, you are fanatical about (committed to) customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or through the internet for the purpose of enhancing their experience through education and/or enrolling their members in mail-order pharmacy.
You are tenaciously detail-oriented when it comes to processing customer orders and sales; providing/receiving information; selling client services; as well as providing basic customer service support.
What will you do in this role?
As a Sales Advisor supporting our Pharmacy Education Team at Concentrix, you will:
- Passionately help customers achieve the best experience with our client's services during each interaction, allowing you to reach your sales goals.
- Spontaneously offer customized products or services as appropriate.
- Commitment to continuous learning for maintaining a broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
- Assist members in ordering/refilling medication and enroll in mail delivery Pharmacy.
- Provide information on pharmacy orders and help resolve any issues.
- Look for ways to save members money by providing cost comparisons – retail pharmacy versus the mail-order pharmacy.
- Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual business Performance Goals.
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding; use decision-support tools and resources to resolve customer issues that are non-standard/unstructured and require some clarification or conceptual thinking.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer.
- Prepare complete and accurate work including appropriately notating of accounts as required.
Who You Are:
As a Sales Advisor your empathy, integrity, knowledge and unique compassionate style will bring value with every interaction. You also have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (must be able to provide proof of education), with six months of sales experience preferred.
- Able to successfully pass a criminal background clearance check.
- Ability to work Full time, Monday through Friday 9 AM – 9 PM and Saturday 9 AM - 7:30 PM (subject to change)
- Strong work ethic, dependable, and passion for being a team player.
- Successfully pass all required assessments for English language, typing utilizing PC, multitasking, and computer navigation.
- Demonstrated sales technique and negotiation skills.
- Talent for delivering outstanding service with strong communication skills, in both written and verbal form.
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and can adapt to changes.
- The knack for being detail oriented.
