About the Role:

We are looking for a B2B Technical Sales Person who knows the mining sector really well to help us sell our MuckPuck's Ore Tracking product to customers. You can learn more about our solution by visiting our website.

The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to build, direct, and manage sales pipeline, providing the marketing team market intell while closing the deal with the customer.

The job is very straight forward, we have a unique product that is validated by several Blue chip companies and we are looking to scale our product sales and revenues.

Required Experiences and Skillsets:

- Proven track record and expereince with technical sales in the mining sector

- In depth understanding of the mining operation

- Exprienced in B2B sales

- Knowledge of modern technologies such as IoT, AI, 5G, Bluetooth, RIFD, RTLS

- Experienced with various CRM systems

- Experienced with building a sales funnel, develop strategy, execute on sales, define and monitor KPIs

- Experienced with writing proposals and level 4 sales

Responsibilities:

Sales, sales, sales:

- Develop and execute product(s) sales funnel

- Monitor sales activities through Customer Relations Management (CRM) system such as SalesForce

- Monitor and provide support to other sales team members and partners

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to build brand awareness and drive pipeline growth

- Monitor progress and identify revenue and/or saving opportunities

About You

We expect you to have a business, marketing, technology, B2B product launch experience. We also expect you to have at least 3 years of startup experience with a proven track record of working your way through the difficult funnels of startups such as closing early customer, launching websites, growing website users, press releases, and any other thing you thought it was necessary to keep the previous startup you worked in or founded/co-founded moving forward. We also expect you to be comfortable working independently and with others, perform with diligence, care, and full confidence under the extreme uncertainties of a startup. You need to be excellent with making presentations, building and maintaining external and internal relations, and must be very outgoing. We expect you to help us build and maintain a positive, inclusive, and energetic culture for our company. We also expect you to dream big and be comfortable accepting challenging responsibilities. In short, you should be a “sales & marketing warrior”!
