Sales and Marketing Coordinator – Club Channel

Summary:

Under the responsibility of a Club Channel Manager, the incumbent will work in close collaboration with the sales, production and marketing teams to introduce and manage our products in the Club channel. He will act as marketing project coordinator and sales support.

Key activities:

• Coordinate the development of new products (internal approval and printing of labels, timelines, first production, request for samples, etc.);
• Participate in the development of new packaging for Club control and Private label brands as well as adapting National brand packaging to Club format;
• Monitor inventories and coordinate changes of labels and finished products;
• Setup follow-ups for the various products sold in the club network;
• Adapt marketing presentations in English and French;
• Schedule, update demo programs and create the new items;
• Perform weekly and monthly sales analyzes;
• Create purchase orders for marketing invoices and follow up;
• Ensure and support communications between the sales team and the marketing team.

Education and experiences required:

• BAC Business Business/ Marketing;
• 3-5 years of experience in coordinating projects in the marketing / sales sector at national level;
• Experience in the food sector (asset).

Competencies:

• Bilingual French/English oral and written (essential);
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel, Power point;
• Knowledge of Nielsen and IRI, Comet and Cardinal databases (asset);
• Excellent sense of initiative, resourcefulness and high level of autonomy;
• Strong ability to work in a team;
• Ability to prioritize files.
