Job Description
The sales executive account manager is a critical role in the continued growth of Xan Systems inc. We are looking for an enthusiastic and extremely motivated performer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to generate, collaborate with and grow business opportunities. You will be the primary point to contact with current and potential clients. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SUPPLY CHAIN.
Responsibilities
- analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- create and implement strategic plans to achieve team goals
- ability to identify and find resolution for any issues with the clients
- grow and expand direct sales within assigned areas of business
- establish professional relationships with key personal in customer accounts
- build in-roads into new customers and accounts
- management assigned accounts in terms of management, problem resolution and planning
- professionally and effectively communicate with existing customers and build new relationships through presentations, written proposals and business correspondence
- investigate, research, and look for information that will lead to a successful sales strategy and business development
Qualifications
· University degree in a relevant program
· Courses, certification in the logistics and sales will be an asset
· Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in transportation field is required, preferable with the refrigerated loads
· Proven sales experience with the track record of achievements
· List of contracts and relationships from the prior role
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
· Proven selling and customer relationship and territory management skills
· Ability to travel within GTA
· Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $31,000.00-$127,308.44 per year
