Responsibilities & Qualifications

• Responsibilities:

• Take the lead role in compilation and tax engagements

• Communicate with clients and identify issues and planning opportunities

• Work with senior staff on audit and review engagements

• Work with senior staff on complex tax reorganizations and engagements

• Work with senior staff on consulting engagements

• Be involved with recruitment, training and mentoring of new staff

• Manage engagement from start to finish including consulting directly with clients

• Qualifications & Skills

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in accounting

• Two years of experience in public accounting

• Strong knowledge of accounting and personal/corporate income tax

• Ability to build positive working relationships with clients, and team members

• Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook

• High level of attention to detail and organizational skill

• Desire to learn and grow as a professional

Salary: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
