Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the Microsoft SCCM infrastructure to support software deployment, configuration management, and patch management processes.
- Lead the deployment and management of software packages, updates, and patches across the enterprise, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and industry best practices.
- Develop and implement SCCM deployment strategies and processes, including task sequencing, application packaging, and deployment automation.
- Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM infrastructure components to ensure optimal performance, availability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define system configurations, and develop custom SCCM solutions to meet business needs.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior SCCM administrators, assisting with problem resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Conduct regular assessments of the SCCM environment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to optimize system performance.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to SCCM and make recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure SCCM infrastructure aligns with security policies and standards, and actively participate in security incident response activities.
- Document SCCM configuration, processes, and procedures, ensuring accuracy and completeness for reference and knowledge sharing purposes.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an SCCM administrator, with at least 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing SCCM infrastructure in enterprise environments.
- Deep understanding of SCCM architecture, deployment models, and administration best practices.
- Strong expertise in deploying and managing software packages, updates, and patches using SCCM.
- Proficient in creating and maintaining SCCM task sequences, application packaging, and deployment automation.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and related technologies.
- Experience with scripting and automation using PowerShell.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex SCCM-related issues, including software distribution failures, client installation problems, and infrastructure performance bottlenecks.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
