- Responsible for task management as the focal point of contact for GIS activities on a project.
- Responsible for the coordination of spatial data management with multiple contracting parties executing work activities on a project.
- Responsible for the integration, validation and manipulation of spatial data from a variety of source environments.
- Responsible for the production of mapping products in support of engineering and construction activities.
- Create and manage enterprise web mapping services and applications (i.e. ArcGIS Online and Enterprise).
- Create, transform and manage spatial data from a variety of source formats into a GIS Database.
- Participate in a multi-discipline collaborative environment.
- Ability to work under indirect and direct supervision.
- Participate in the promotion of GIS technologies internally and externally within Fluor and client organizations.
- Problem solving and critical thinking skills to solve complex tasks using GIS.
- Provide support and training to non-GIS disciplines in accessing and using web applications and GIS viewing platforms.

Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
Basic Job Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in GIS or GIS related field from an accredited Post-Secondary Institution.
- 5+ years experience in a GIS related position that included responsibilities as a Lead role.
- Advanced knowledge in using ESRI ArcGIS Desktop, Pro and Enterprise Suite 10.x.
- Knowledge of Geodatabases and subsequent spatial data vector and raster formats.
- Knowledge of Geographic Coordinate Systems and transformations between projections.
- Competency in geoprocess automation using scripting and modelling languages (Python and model builder).
- Competency in importing / exporting data from various non-GIS environments (i.e. CAD, Microstation, SmartPlant) into GIS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years experience managing spatial data in an Enterprise environment.
- 5+ years experience in the deployment of ArcGIS Enterprise and\\or ArcGIS Online and web mapping applications.
- Knowledge in Global Mapper, AutoCAD, Microstation, SmartPlant is considered an asset.
