THE OPPORTUNITY

The Senior Sales Support role is the primary point of contact and customer interface for the Account Managers. The role provides support to the sales team by data entry of lease and loan applications and completing the verification and validation of lease and loan documentation.

THE ROLE

  • Facilitate the creation and collection of customers’ documents from submission to funding
  • Using a high level of organization to keep and maintain all records and documents
  • Respond to customer requests for information by way of phone or email
  • Facilitate the audit and funding of customer transactions
  • Assist in the preparation of funding and reporting packages by gathering required information and ensuring accuracy
  • Update CRM with new prospects, change of status, contact information and notes or activities
  • Escalate problems or situations to the appropriate manager for resolution

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong integrity, professionalism and work ethic without sacrificing your ability to have fun on the job
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to multi-task
  • A natural ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Knowledge of consumer or commercial credit is an asset
  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Post-secondary diploma or bachelor’s degree is an asset
