Source Office Furnishings is seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Service Technician in our Brampton ON location. This is a full-time, permanent position.
The Service Technician is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Experience with hand tools, troubleshooting, resourcefulness, and a customer service orientation would make you successful in this role.

Main Responsibilities:
· Visiting client sites throughout a designated area where office furniture has been previously delivered and install/repair any damaged or malfunctioning products
· Deliver and install components that have been back ordered
· Help with big installation projects, including assembling furniture on site
· Trouble shoot delivery/installation issues
Qualifications:
· Valid Driver’s License
· Clean Driver’s Abstract
· 2+ years of experience using hand tools; furniture assembly experience is an asset
· Team player attitude and strong ability to follow directions and product instructions
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills including complete and accurate paperwork
· Ability to consistently carry 75lbs, unassisted
