Shift Supervisor Job at Blaze Pizza

Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervising a staff of 4 or more employees on each shift
- Training and coaching team members
- Maintaining fast, clean, accurate service, positive guest relations
- Executing administrative duties including inventory counts, and food safety standards
- Ensure correct procedures are used to prepare food with consistent quality
- Help General Manager and Assistant Manager in tasks
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong communication & writing skills
- At least one-year supervisory experience
- Has Pro-serve and Food Safe certificate (or willing to get one)
- Has a reliable means of transportation
- Can work closing shifts and weekends
