Shift Time for Shipper:

· Monday to Friday

· 3:00pm to 11:00pm

Responsibilities for Shipper:

· Utilize hand held tools such as nail guns, staplers, saws.

· Affixes shipping labels on packed cartons or stencils identifying shipping information on cartons.

· Assembles wooden or cardboard containers or selects preassembled containers.

· Stamps, stencils, or glues identifying information and shipping instructions onto crates or containers.

· Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.

· Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.

· Operate Fork Truck, Reach truck and or Overhead Crane

· Assemble items as instructed by the Shipping supervisor.

· Lift raw materials, final products, and items packed for shipment, manually (up to 50 pounds using a hoist).

Requirements for Shipper:

· Must have a minimum of 1 year experience

· Must be forklift certified (third party, not in house)

· Must have CSA approved safety shoes/boots

· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

· May be required to work an alternate shift.

· Must be prepared and capable of working outdoors throughout each season.

Pay Rate for Shipper:

· $19.50 per hour, paid weekly
