Del's Exteriors is an exterior siding, soffit/fascia, stucco company, focused on new residential development in Winnipeg and surrounding areas. We foster an environment that is energetic and fast-paced while promoting the values of trust, honesty, integrity, and excellence.

Due to our growing demand, we are looking to hire an experienced, ambitious & dedicated full-time independent contractor with experience in installing Siding, Soffit/Fascia Service.

This position comes with the sale or financing of a Trough/Gutter Machine & trailer, PLUS GUARANTEED 2 years of year-round work.

No or poor transportation? The candidate will have an opportunity to lease a company-provided truck for transportation and hauling.

Responsibilities include:

• Following schedules to install or repair all types of siding, soffit, and fascia.

• Estimate time, material, equipment, and supplies needed for the project

• Operate hand/power tools, and other equipment relevant to exterior siding

• Capable of performing errands: carry/deliver materials, tools, and equipment, as assigned.

• Work with sub trades and other team members while demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

• Adhere to safety policies, and safe work practices.

Qualifications:

• Soffit, Fascia, and Eavestrough experience is not only an asset, it is REQUIRED!

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure

• Ability to perform manual labor associated with the trade

• Ability to work at heights

• Driver’s license & transportation required – fuel reimbursed & vehicle allowance
