But enough about us - let's talk about you. We're looking for a software development pro who will be responsible for:

• Developing project goals and objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
• Assigning and monitoring tasks and responsibilities to team members and monitoring the team's resource allocation and performance
• Ensuring timely completion of projects by managing team resources, workflow and adhering to deadlines
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Implementing quality assurance practices, such as testing, code review and dev-ops processes
• Constantly innovating and improving products by incorporating customer feedback
• Providing regular project status updates to all stakeholders
• Keeping up to date with industry advancements and implementing new methodologies to improve team efficiency and performance
• Facilitating effective communication regarding release plans and progress with all relevant stakeholders.

We require:

• We are seeking a highly experienced Development Team Manager with at least 5 years of experience in managing software development teams.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Software/Computer Science is required.
• The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in a variety of programming languages including

JavaScript, Java, Angular, TypeScript, and Python.

• Experience with Linux, AWS, and mobile development for IOS/Android is a must.
• Familiarity with best practices for databases such as MongoDB, Postgres, and Cassandra.
• Kafka experience would be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills are a must for this role.
• Comfortable with project management tools such as Clickup/Jira, Agile development methodologies, and the Ionic Framework.
• This is not a maintenance and support role, the ideal candidate should be willing to do the heavy lifting and go the extra mile.
