The Sr. CRM Technical Analyst would be responsible for architecting, implementing and supporting Siebel and Salesforce applications for Sales, Marketing and Field Service departments. Will work closely across different Business functions and team members across all levels and technical backgrounds. Ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience with Siebel, Salesforce and EDI.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop Siebel Customizations on Presentation layer, Business layer (BC, BO, MVG, Links, User properties, etc.) and Data layer.
• Manage Siebel Order management and Quoting
• Review, analyze, and troubleshoot existing Siebel, Salesforce and EDI systems to identify areas for improvement or enhancement
• Develop and implement new EDI standards as needed based on industry trends or regulations
• Implement complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, Flows, Objects, Email Templates etc..
• Work Closely with technical and business stakeholders from cross-functional teams

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 10+ Years of overall IT experience.
• Candidates must have a Bachelor's Degree MIS/IS/CS or equivalent
• Background with concepts like integration patterns, architecture styles, data security and data model of salesforce CRM.
• Very Good Experience in Siebel Customizations on Presentation layer, Business layer (BC, BO, MVG, Links, User properties, etc.) and Data layer.
• Strong Experience in Siebel Scripting (eScript/VBScript) and business services (compiled and runtime)
• Very Good Experience in Siebel EIM, EAI, Workflows, Integration Objects, Web Services (SOAP, Rest)
• Nice to have Siebel integration with Oracle SOA and Oracle EBS.
• Nice to have Experience in Siebel Order management and Quoting
• Strong Experience in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Very Good Experience in EDI 850 and 855 documents
• Strong understanding of relational databases and Very Good Experience in Oracle SQL and PLSQL Triggers, Views, Procedures, Package.
• 5+ years of extensive Design and Development experience in force.com
• Good Experience with Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud and Field Service Cloud
• Strong Experience in Salesforce B2B commerce data model and Integrations with 3rd party SystemGood Experience in Visual Force, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience
• Web Services development or experience with the Salesforce API (REST, SOAP, Metadata, XML, etc.)
