Overview

The Store Administrator is responsible for providing assistance / clerical support to the Store Owner and Department Managers in a professional, accurate and timely fashion. They deliver the highest level of customer service and satisfaction while maintaining confidentiality and integrity. The Store Administrator demonstrates adherence to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, store policies, Health & Safety, and other relevant programs and initiatives. The Administrator demonstrates excellent teamwork, interpersonal skills and actively contributes to a positive and productive working environment.

Job Description

o Provide customer service to meet customer needs

o Reviewing and entering data information into the appropriate databases

o Enter and balance weekly invoices

o Perform payroll functions

o Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards

o Perform administrative duties as required

o Assign employee training and maintain training records

o Assures & monitors office supplies and equipment functionality

o Oversee new hire orientation process including training employees on all applicable company safety standards

o Assist in Maintaining the store social media pages

o Perform Cash Office activities as required

o Perform clerical/ administrative functions as required

Job Requirements

o High School Diploma

o Basic mathematical skills

o Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

o Ability to operate office computer programs including Microsoft Word and Excel

o Above average oral and written communication skills

o Working knowledge of Kronos and SAP software is an asset

Previous administration or Data entry experience required

Must be available to work Saturdays
